Before we recommend a repair or a new roof, we cut cores to see what the roof is made of and whether the insulation is wet. The answer goes in your written report.
The systems we install
2-ply SBS torch-on is the system we recommend most in Calgary. The base sheet goes down first, and a granular cap sheet is heat welded on top. We also install TPO and EPDM single-ply membranes where the building calls for them.
Flashing and metal work finish the job. Parapet caps and scuppers are made to fit, so the water goes where the drains are.
