1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a quote form, request an appointment, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and property address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process your requests for quotes and appointments.
  • Communicate with you about services, offers, and events.

3. Cookies, Ads and Measurement

Our website uses tools from Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager measure how visitors use the site and which of our Google ads lead to a quote request or a call. When you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number on the site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number so calls from the ad can be counted.
  • Meta Pixel tells Meta when a page is viewed, when you start filling in a quote form, when you tap our phone number and when a quote request is sent (with the service it is for), so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who are more likely to need a roofer. Meta's automatic features may also report which buttons on the page are clicked and, where Meta's automatic matching is switched on, send hashed versions of contact details typed into our forms. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own privacy policy.
  • Meta Conversions API is used when you send a quote form: our server also tells Meta about the request directly. It sends your email address, phone number, name, city, province and country in hashed form (turned into a code that Meta compares with the details it holds, to recognise your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one), together with your IP address, browser type, Meta's cookie IDs, the address of the page you sent the form from and the service you asked about. We use it to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring enquiries and to help Meta show our ads to people who are more likely to need a roofer. Because it is sent from our server, blocking cookies or the Meta Pixel does not stop it. If you prefer, call or email us instead of using the form.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page visits and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control the ads you see in Google's My Ad Center, in Meta's ad preferences, and through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (YourAdChoices).

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
